This is the original 1969 UK 1st pressing on Apple Records, catalogue PCS 7088. Genuine first-issue copies are identified by the dark green Apple labels, with “Her Majesty” omitted from the Side Two label, reflecting the song's original status as an uncredited surprise track.

The earliest pressing is associated with the YEX 749-2 / YEX 750-1 matrix combination. Early first-issue sleeves can also be identified by the distinctive Apple image on the rear cover.
