Spend £150 or more and enjoy complimentary UK standard shipping on us.

For orders under £150, shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout, allowing you to choose the service that best suits your collection's next adventure.

From London to Los Angeles, Tokyo to Turin, we proudly ship to vinyl lovers around the globe.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and preferred shipping method.

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country's authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

UK orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days. For those who can't wait to spin their latest find, we offer Express Next-Day Delivery across the UK.

All orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) are dispatched the same day, ensuring your records begin their journey to your turntable as quickly as possible.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method, with estimated transit times displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Every record collector knows that condition matters. That's why we offer a 30-day returns window from the date your order arrives.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received: unused, unopened where applicable, with any original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. For brand-new vinyl records, the original shrink wrap must remain fully intact and unopened.

Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Damaged, Incorrect & Non-Returnable Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our shelves, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Special order or personalised products
• Sale items and clearance stock
• Gift cards
• Perishable, hazardous, or regulated goods where applicable

If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, we're always happy to help.

For customers within the European Union, orders may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer regulations. Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived back at Rocka-Buy Records, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
