A superb opportunity to own the self-titled debut album from Welsh hard rock trio Budgie, presented here as the highly collectible original 1971 UK first pressing on the distinctive red/pink MCA “dogbone” labels.
Originally released in 1971, Budgie is the band's debut studio album and showcases the heavy, blues-influenced hard rock sound that would become their trademark. The album was produced by Rodger Bain and recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales.
This original UK pressing is particularly sought after by collectors for its red/pink MCA labels, which distinguish the earliest issue from later pressings. The catalogue number is MKPS 2018.
A classic and increasingly collectible piece of early British hard rock, essential for Budgie, 1970s rock and heavy rock collectors.
