Description
A great original copy of Eric Clapton's From The Cradle, his first album made entirely around the blues. Released in 1994, it sees Clapton going back to the music that originally inspired him, with his own versions of blues classics including Blues Before Sunrise, Hoochie Coochie Man, Five Long Years, I'm Tore Down, Motherless Child and It Hurts Me Too.
The album reached No. 1 in the UK, and it's a really good listen from start to finish, particularly if you're a fan of Clapton's blues work.
Pressing Notes
Original 1994 Reprise/Duck Records vinyl pressing, catalogue number 9362-45735-1. This is the original LP release rather than a later reissue. The album was recorded with Clapton's touring band and produced by Clapton and Russ Titelman.
