For collectors, this RSD edition features a limited edition Strata-East Dolphy Series postcard set (collection #2 of 3) with exclusive artwork for Record Store Day Black Friday 2026. Strata-East Records’ Dolphy Series is the gold standard of 1970s jazz curated and produced by the incomparable Clifford Jordan. That includes saxophonist Cecil Payne’s (Dizzy Gillespie, John Coltrane, J.J. Johnson & more) Zodiac, the third installment of the Dolphy Series, featuring performances by Kenny Dorham, Wynton Kelly, Wilbur Ware and Albert “Tootie” Heath. This edition features audio cut directly from the original analog tapes, mastered by Kevin Gray and pressed on 180-gram vinyl at RTI, housed in a deluxe gatefold tip-on package with never-before-seen photos and new liner notes.
