Description
A highly regarded classic of progressive, psychedelic and space rock, Green is Steve Hillage's fourth studio album, originally released in 1978.
Produced by Hillage alongside Pink Floyd's Nick Mason, the album combines Hillage's distinctive electric and glissando guitar work with synthesizers, electronic textures and the vocals and keyboards of Miquette Giraudy. The result is a wonderfully atmospheric and cosmic album that sits firmly within the progressive and psychedelic rock tradition.
This is the limited-edition green vinyl pressing, one of the most sought-after versions of the album. The original edition was issued on translucent green vinyl and featured the distinctive embossed picture sleeve.
