Description

The original soundtrack to Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange, the iconic 1971 film adaptation of Anthony Burgess's controversial novel.

The soundtrack combines electronic music by Walter Carlos with classical compositions from composers including Beethoven, Rossini and Elgar, alongside Erika Eigen's I Want To Marry A Lighthouse Keeper and Gene Kelly's memorable Singin' In The Rain.

The unusual combination of classical music and pioneering electronic interpretations became one of the most distinctive elements of Kubrick's film, making this soundtrack a highly desirable piece for both film and vinyl collectors.

This is the original UK Warner Bros. pressing with the distinctive Burbank label, rather than the solid-green-label variation.
