Inside The Torn Apart is the seventh studio album by British extreme metal legends Napalm Death, originally released in June 1997. The album was recorded at Framework Studios in Birmingham and produced by Colin Richardson, with Andy Sneap involved in the mixing.

Featuring tracks such as Breed To Breathe, Inside The Torn Apart and The Lifeless Alarm, it captures Napalm Death during their influential mid-1990s period.
