Behind The Mask is Fleetwood Mac's fifteenth studio album, released in 1990 and marking a significant change in the band's line-up following Lindsey Buckingham's departure as a full-time member. The album features Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Rick Vito and Billy Burnette, with Buckingham making a guest appearance on the title track.
Produced by Fleetwood Mac and Greg Ladanyi, the album blends the band's established rock and pop sound with a polished late-1980s/early-1990s production style. It includes the singles "Save Me", "Skies The Limit" and "In The Back Of My Mind", alongside a strong collection of album tracks showcasing the different songwriting and vocal styles within the group.
