Description
InCANdescence is a 1981 compilation album by the pioneering German experimental rock group Can, bringing together a selection of tracks from across the band's influential career.
The compilation features material from the group's celebrated 1970s period alongside later recordings, showcasing Can's distinctive blend of experimental rock, krautrock, funk, psychedelia and electronic music. Tracks such as I Want More, Hunters And Collectors, Half Past One and E.F.S. No. 36 demonstrate the band's remarkable ability to combine hypnotic rhythms, improvisation and avant-garde experimentation.
An excellent introduction to Can and a desirable original UK Virgin Records pressing.
