One of the defining records of the original UK punk movement, it perfectly combines the energy of punk with melodic songwriting and sharp, emotionally charged lyrics. Produced by Martin Rushent, the album established Buzzcocks as one of the most influential bands of the era and remains a cornerstone of British punk.

Pressing Notes
Original 1978 UK pressing on United Artists Records, catalogue number UAG 30159.
Early UK pressings were produced from the original Porky Prime Cut master and were issued with the black card inner sleeve. The earliest copies were also supplied inside the distinctive silver 'PRODUCT' carrier bag, making complete first pressings especially desirable to collectors.
