Pressing Notes

Original 1987 USA first pressing on Sire Records, catalogue number 1-25569. Released as a double LP in a gatefold sleeve with printed brown paper inner sleeves, this edition predates the 1988 UK Rough Trade issue and was manufactured for the American market. Large numbers were later imported into the UK due to strong demand, making the original US Sire pressing the first vinyl edition of this celebrated compilation.
