Description

What Time Is Love? (Live At Trancentral) is the breakthrough single that propelled The KLF from underground electronic pioneers to international chart success. Released in 1990, this explosive reworking of their earlier Pure Trance recording fused acid house, techno, rock and rave into one of the defining dance records of the era. Featuring The Children Of The Revolution, the single reached No. 5 on the UK Singles Chart and remains one of the most iconic releases of the early 1990s, perfectly capturing the energy of Britain's rave scene.

Pressing Notes

Original 1990 UK first pressing on KLF Communications, catalogue number KLF 004X. Housed in the distinctive matte black sleeve with the gloss embossed KLF pyramid logo, this edition is one of the most recognisable and sought-after sleeves of the rave era.

This copy carries the original KLF 004X A first-side matrix, confirming it as an early production pressing. The Side Two matrix is present but is no longer legible due to wear in the runout area. Manufactured during the height of the UK's dance music explosion, original UK pressings remain highly collectible and are regarded as essential additions to any electronic music collection.
