Description
The Beatles, universally known as The White Album, is one of the most influential and celebrated albums in popular music history. Released in November 1968, the band's self-titled double album captures them at their most adventurous, moving effortlessly between rock, blues, folk, country, psychedelia and avant-garde experimentation. Featuring legendary recordings including Back In The U.S.S.R., While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Blackbird, Helter Skelter, Dear Prudence and Happiness Is A Warm Gun, it remains one of the defining releases of the vinyl era.
The dedicated mono mix was prepared separately from the stereo edition and contains numerous differences in edits, effects and balances, making it the preferred version for many Beatles collectors and enthusiasts.
