The Beatles’ third studio album, A Hard Day’s Night, originally released in July 1964 as the soundtrack to the band’s first feature film of the same name.
This original UK mono pressing on Parlophone features the classic black and yellow labels and includes seven Lennon–McCartney compositions on each side. The album contains some of The Beatles’ most celebrated early recordings, including “A Hard Day’s Night”, “I Should Have Known Better”, “If I Fell”, “And I Love Her”, “Can’t Buy Me Love” and “Things We Said Today”.
A superb example of The Beatles at the height of Beatlemania and an essential addition to any original Beatles vinyl collection.

Original 1964 UK mono pressing on Parlophone, catalogue number PMC 1230.
The original pressing features the black and yellow Parlophone labels with “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.”, “Recording First Published 1964” and “Sold in U.K.” label text. Original copies were supplied with an Emitex inner sleeve.
The first-pressing lacquer numbers are XEX 481-3N on Side One and XEX 482-3N on Side Two.
