I Just Can't Stop It is the outstanding debut album by The Beat, released in May 1980 at the height of the 2 Tone movement. Blending ska, reggae, punk and pop with infectious rhythms and socially conscious lyrics, the album became one of the defining releases of the British ska revival. It reached No. 3 on the UK Albums Chart and remains one of the greatest debut albums of its era.

Featuring the classic tracks Mirror In The Bathroom, Hands Off... She's Mine, Twist & Crawl, Can't Get Used To Losing You, Best Friend and Stand Down Margaret, the album perfectly captures the band's energetic and distinctive sound.
