Vinyl Record Care & Cleaning
- Store records upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Always handle records by the edges and label.
- Remove dust with a velvet record brush before and after each play.
- Spray a small amount of vinyl record cleaner onto a microfibre cloth (not directly onto the record).
- Wipe gently in the direction of the grooves using the microfibre cloth.
- Let the record air dry completely before placing it back in its sleeve.
- Keep records in clean inner sleeves and return them to their covers after use.

True is Spandau Ballet's third studio album and the record that propelled the band to international stardom. Released in 1983, the album blended sophisticated pop, soul and new wave influences, producing some of the group's most enduring hits. Original UK Chrysalis Records pressing issued under catalogue number CDL 1403. Produced by Tony Swain and Steve Jolley, True marked a significant evolution in Spandau Ballet's sound and became their most successful album. Early UK pressings remain highly collectible and are admired for their excellent analogue sound quality and classic 1980s presentation.
