Description
Original US pressing of Band Of Gypsys, recorded live at the Fillmore East in New York on New Year's Day 1970. Hendrix is joined by Billy Cox on bass and Buddy Miles on drums, with the album featuring Who Knows, Machine Gun, Changes, Power Of Soul, Message To Love and We Gotta Live Together.

A great original US Hendrix LP and one of the key live albums from this period. The US Capitol pressing comes in the original gatefold sleeve.

Original 1970 US Capitol Records pressing, catalogue STAO-472. The early US copies were issued on the green Capitol label, with the original pressing using the heavyweight gatefold sleeve.
