Symphonica is George Michael's eighth solo album and his only live album released during his lifetime. Recorded during his Symphonica Tour of 2011–2012, the album features beautifully arranged live performances of songs from throughout Michael's career alongside carefully selected cover versions.

The recordings showcase George Michael performing with a full symphony orchestra, giving familiar songs a sophisticated and atmospheric treatment. Highlights include A Different Corner, Praying For Time, The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, Feeling Good, Roxanne, One More Try, Cowboys And Angels and You Have Been Loved.

The album was produced by George Michael and Phil Ramone, with recordings made at venues including London's Royal Albert Hall.

This copy is an unofficial European vinyl release of Symphonica. It should not be confused with the official 2014 Mercury/Virgin EMI 2LP release, catalogue 00602537924462, which was officially issued on vinyl and contained all 17 tracks from the Deluxe Edition.

Unofficial vinyl editions of Symphonica have appeared in recent years, including imported gatefold editions. This copy is therefore offered as an unofficial/bootleg pressing, making it a distinctive addition for collectors of George Michael vinyl and unofficial releases.
