Featuring Snowbird, Tomorrow Never Comes, Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On, Funny How Time Slips Away, There Goes My Everything, Faded Love and I Washed My Hands In Muddy Water, the album remains a favourite among Elvis collectors and country music fans.

The tracks are uniquely linked by short excerpts from I Was Born About Ten Thousand Years Ago, giving the album a distinctive continuous feel.

Early 1971 UK stereo pressing on RCA Victor, catalogue number SF 8172.

This copy features the ZPRS-1825-3E / ZPRS-1826-1E matrix combination. The ZPRS matrix series identifies the UK stereo mastering sequence used for Elvis Country.

The 1E Side Two lacquer is an early UK cut, paired here with the 3E Side One cut. As RCA retained SF 8172 for subsequent pressing runs, this copy is conservatively identified as a 1971 UK early pressing rather than a definitive first pressing.

Importantly, this copy includes the original Elvis photograph, a desirable piece of original RCA memorabilia that is frequently missing from surviving copies.

Complete early copies retaining the photograph are particularly desirable among Elvis Presley collectors.
