David Bowie’s landmark tenth studio album, Station To Station, originally released in January 1976 and introducing the world to his iconic Thin White Duke persona.
The album blends Bowie’s funk and soul influences with the experimental European sound that would develop further on his Berlin-era recordings. Despite containing just six tracks, the album runs for more than 38 minutes and features some of Bowie’s most celebrated recordings.
Highlights include the epic “Station To Station”, the classic single “Golden Years”, “TVC 15”, “Stay”, “Word On A Wing” and Bowie’s atmospheric interpretation of “Wild Is The Wind”. (David Bowie)

The original UK release featured the striking monochrome sleeve photograph taken by Steve Schapiro, from Bowie’s appearance in The Man Who Fell To Earth. The originally planned colour sleeve was withdrawn shortly before release and replaced with the monochrome design. (David Bowie)
