UK Warner Bros. Records pressing issued under catalogue number K 56013. Originally released in an elaborate gatefold wallet sleeve containing a sheet of perforated one-billion-dollar bill notes. Complete copies retaining the original dollar bill insert are highly sought after by collectors and represent one of the most iconic packaging concepts of the decade.
